Cancellation PolicyThere will be a $125.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation notification received more than 90 days prior to occupancy. Payment in full is due 90 days prior to check in. There'll be no refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date unless we can rebook your unit. If your unit is rebooked then you shall receive the amount of money paid less any discounts given to rent the unit short term less the $125.00 cancellation fee. Koko Resorts, Inc. recommends you purchase vacation rental insurance to cover any short term cancellations. Rental DepositA rental deposit must be paid in order to confirm your reservation. For reservations greater than 90 days prior to occupancy a rental deposit of $125 is due in order to confirm your room. For reservations less than 90days prior to occupancy the total amount is due. Rental deposits are different than damage deposits.
