The Vision
Chef Kevin Lee understands the importance of the right setting and ingredients to make a perfect meal. In fact, he searched for the perfect venue to host Pai Honolulu for four years before he came across the Harbor Court building. His experience in San Francisco and New York has led him to create unimaginable flavors. At Pai Honolulu you will find an upscale yet still inviting environment where Lee’s passion for presentation and flavor are on display.
Seasonal Menus
Just like the seasons, the menu at Pai Honolulu rotate throughout the year to highlight different flavors. Lunch is available Wednesday through Friday for a simple yet delicious menu of fresh entrees. Choose from classic sandwiches with Lee’s unique twist or a bowl of soup. The dinner menu is where the majority of entrees can be found. Start your meal with fresh saltwater oysters or the house baked sourdough focaccia. Charcuterie boards will put together a delicious blend of chef-selected proteins, cheeses, nuts, vegetables, and more. The entrees rotate with the menu but can include maitake mushroom, nairagi, king salmon, and more. Handmade pasta including potato gnocchi and sunchoke risotto complete this incredible menu.
Pau Hana
Do not forget about Happy Hour, as food and drink specials are available every day at the bar and lounge from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Chef Kevin Lee has also created a decadent drink menu with the finest spirits and wine to choose from.
